Cheeky Monkey Brewing Co Pty Ltd (“the Applicant”) is seeking a variation of its trading conditions at Cheeky Monkey Brewing Co Rockingham (“the Venue”). If approved, this would permit the Venue to sell its own brand of ready-to-drink liquor products (RTDs) as part of its packaged liquor (takeaway) services.

The Venue is currently only allowed to sell its own brand of RTD’s at the Venue for on-site consumption, although it is permitted to sell its craft beer range as packaged liquor (i.e. to takeaway).

To further enhance the Venue’s packaged liquor services, it is applying to the Licensing Authority to also be allowed to sell its range of uniquely crafted seltzers and spritzes in cans, for customers to be able to take away with them and enjoy at home.
