A huge IIPA featuring Chinook, Mosiac and Citra.

AROMA:

Big and bold, with vibrant notes of grapefruit and tangerine that dominate. It’s freshhh and zesty!

TASTE:

There’s a big, pithy grapefruit blast upfront, that transitions to piney and resiny flavours mid-palate, adding layers of complexity and depth. The finish is a mix of sweet orange citrus, tangerine, and a touch of overripe pineapple.

MOUTHFEEL:

Medium dry with an assertive, yet clean and succinct, bitterness. The bitterness is well-integrated, providing balance without overpowering the palate.
