AROMA:

Sweet chocolate, underscored by a hint of heavily toasted rye bread. As it warms, subtle notes of caramel and dark fruits emerge.

TASTE:

Bold hit of fresh espresso comes through first, followed by hints of milk chocolate & stewed plums.

MOUTHFEEL:

Full. Real full. It’s Imperial Stout as it should be….luxurious and velvety baby!

This is our 12th year brewing Silverback and it’s one of our most in demand limited releases.

We’ve worked hard over the years to grow the beast, with it evolving into different formats, ABVs and flavours. We are on the quest to make the best version possible, which means we’re forever tweaking and perfecting. And this year, we’ve decided to hit full GO and drop two versions at once!
