We’ve aged our Silverback Imperial Stout for over 300 days in barrels imported from Louisville, Kentucky, USA. Originally containing Kentucky Bourbon Whisky, these barrels were then used by Copper & Kings to Solera age their Copper Pot Distilled American Grape Brandy.
Aroma: Dark chocolate, roasted coffee and port liquor
Taste: Dusty cocoa and milk chocolate lay the base for the brand barrels to impart some fabulous dark fruit and liquor notes. The tannic structure of the barrel brings about an incredible balance
