Our Travelling Monk has stepped out of its imperial era and reached full Buddha mode… bringing enlightenment in the form of this brand new banger.

This Red IPA packs layers of hop character. Late kettle and whirlpool additions of Chinook and Citra deliver resinous pine and bright citrus, while dry hops of Simcoe, Amarillo, and Simcoe Cryo amplify bold grapefruit and dank tropical notes. Balanced bitterness and a smooth, rounded finish let both the rich malt complexity and vibrant hops shine.

We tried to make it a mid-strength… but let’s be honest, we like ’em bold.⁠
