Back in October, the legends from Tonic By the Bay ventured into the Cheeky Monkey HQ realm, ready to stir up something seriously special. And boy, did we deliver.

The teams got stuck in together at each step of the brewing process, Dom, one of our Cheeky Brewing masters, gave the low-down, with a side of cheeky banter. With the Tonic crew behind the brewery doors they were given a real experience of what goes into making a craft beer.

Beach Bum Citrus Lager

The result? Beach Bum Citrus Lager—a summer-ready lager that tastes like pure coastal sunshine. Crisp, clean, and bright, it’s packed with citrus and stone fruit notes thanks to the zingy Eclipse & Citra hops. Perfect for kicking back after a long day under the South West sun, or just because it’s Thursday and you deserve it.

Aroma: Big citrus & stone fruit dominance, with rising notes of sweet mandarin and ripe apricot.

Taste: Clean & crisp, with a light malt body balanced with notes of sweet citrus. 

Mouthfeel: Light-bodied, well balanced with the right amount of malt and hops.
