Application to Vary Condition of Liquor Licence Cheeky Monkey Brewing Co Caves Road

Cheeky Monkey Brewing Co Pty Ltd (“the Applicant”) is seeking a variation of its trading
conditions at Cheeky Monkey Brewing Co Pty Ltd, located at 4259 Caves Road, Wilyabrup (“the Venue”). If approved, this would permit the Cheeky Monkey to sell its own brand of ready-to-drink liquor products (RTDs) both onsite at the Venue and as part of its packaged liquor (takeaway) services.

The Venue is currently only allowed to sell its own brand beer and ciders at the Venue, along with wines produced in the Margaret River Region and champagnes.

To further enhance the Venue’s liquor services, it is applying to the Licensing Authority to also be allowed to sell its own range of RTDs so that its customers can enjoy Cheeky Monkey’s uniquely crafted seltzers and spritzes when they visit the Venue and as packaged liquor to take home with them.
