Social Media Giveaway — Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility
Open to residents of Western Australia aged 18 years or over.

2. How to Enter
To enter via Instagram:

• Follow @cheekymonkeybeer and @cheekymonkeymargaretriver.

• Comment on the giveaway post by tagging a mate.

To enter via Facebook:

• Follow Cheeky Monkey Brewing Co and Cheeky Monkey Brewing Co Margaret River.

• Comment on the giveaway post by tagging a mate.

Participants may enter on both Instagram and Facebook.

3. Prize Pool

• 1st Prize: Hat + Cord Shirt + Deep Into DIPAs Tee + IIPA Cube + Tote Bag, valued at over $300.
• 2nd Prize: Cheeky Monkey Brewing Co $100 Gift Voucher.
• 3rd Prize: Cheeky Monkey Brewing Co $50 Gift Voucher.

4. Entry Period
Entries open when the giveaway is published and close at 11:59PM AWST on Saturday, September 12, 2026. Entries received after this time will not be considered.

5. Winner Selection
Three winners will be selected at random on Monday, September 14, 2026.

Winners will be contacted via direct message through the relevant social media platform and announced via Instagram Stories.

If a winner does not respond within a reasonable period, another winner may be drawn.

6. General Conditions
The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash. The first prize is subject to product availability, and the organiser reserves the right to substitute an item of equal or greater value if necessary.
