Cheeky Monkey Brewing Co – “Speak Up For Cheeky And Win!” Terms and
Conditions
1. Promotion Overview:
The Cheeky Monkey Brewing Co “Speak Up For Cheeky And Win!” Promotion
(“Promotion”) is organized by Cheeky Monkey Brewing Co, 44 Commerce Rd,
Vasse, WA 6280 (“Organizer”). By participating in this Promotion, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. Eligibility:
The Promotion is open to all individuals aged 18 years and above, located in
Western Australia, excluding employees, contractors, and immediate family
members of Cheeky Monkey Brewing Co.
3. Promotion Period:
The Promotion begins on 01/07/25 and ends 30/09/25. All entries must be received within this period.
4. How to Participate:
To enter the Promotion, individuals must complete the Speak Up For Cheeky And Win! Survey on the Cheeky Monkey website for one of our Cheeky Monkey Venues (Caves Road and Rockingham), Only one entry and survey per person per venue is allowed.
5. Promotion Draw
All entries will go into the draw taking place on 01/10/25 at 12pm at the Organizer’s offices. Five (5) Winners per venue will be picked randomly through an automated draw tool/platform. The Organizer will contact the Winners individually through their provided contact information including phone and email on 01/10/25. The Winners will be announced by the Organizer through phone and/or email. If one of the Winners is not contactable after multiple tries, and they do not claim their prize by 07/10/25, a second draw will take place at 12pm on 08/10/25 to find a new Winner. If any prize remains unclaimed by 30/10/25, it will be forfeited.
6. Prize Details:
Core range 4 pack per winner (Caves & Rockingham, 5 winners per venue), max value of $29 per 4 pack.
Total Prize pool value = $290 inc GST (10 x 4 packs)
7. Claiming Prizes:
Organizer will contact the Winners through their provided contact information,
including via phone and email. The Winners must claim their prize by midnight on the 07/10/25 or a redraw will take place on 08/10/25. The Winners will be required to collect their prizes from any one of Cheeky Monkeys’ venues located closest to their home address. The Winner must present a valid ID to claim their prize.
8. General Terms:
Prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash or other alternatives. The Organizer’s decision on all matters related to the Promotion is final and binding. The Organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time without prior notice.
Any entry that does not attach a photo of the original receipt of purchase will not be valid to enter the draw.
9. Liability:
The Organizer is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury suffered by
participants as a result of participating in the Promotion or claiming the prize. The Organizer is not responsible for any loss, or damage, suffered to the product during the collection / delivery process.
10. Privacy:
Personal information collected during the Promotion will be used for the purpose of administering the Promotion and for marketing purposes. By participating, you
consent to the use of your personal information for these purposes.
11. Fair Play Policy
This promotion follows ‘Fair Play’ policy guidelines. This ensures that all participants have an equal change of winning and that the promotion is conducted fairly, preventing any participants from gaining an unfair advantage through cheating, using multiple accounts or manipulating the system. There will only be one entry allowed per purchase receipt, regardless of whether or not the Purchaser has purchased more than one 4 pack in one transaction. Purchase receipts will be audited to ensure that no entry has been entered multiple times with the same receipt. Participants may enter more than once where multiple purchases (each with a different receipt) have been made throughout the promotional period.
12. Prohibited Conduct
Participants must not: Use unfair methods to gain an unauthorised advantage.
Cheat or manipulate the competition outcome by using multiple accounts.
The Organizer reserves the right to verify the eligibility of participants and to
disqualify any participant who tampers with the entry process, breaches these
Terms, violates fair play principles, or provide false or misleading information.
13. Responsible Service of Alcohol:
Cheeky Monkey Brewing Co supports the responsible service of alcohol.
14. Governing Law:
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Western Australia, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that
jurisdiction.By participating in the Cheeky Monkey Brewing Co “Speak Up For
Cheeky And Win!” Promotion, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
