“WIN A CHEEKY ADVENTURE” PROMOTION
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Promoter
This Promotion is conducted by Cheeky Monkey Brewing Co Pty Ltd (ABN 76 138 444 998) of 44 Commerce Road, Vasse WA 6280 (“Promoter”).
2. Eligibility
a) Entry is open to residents of Western Australia aged 18 years or over.
b) Employees of the Promoter and their immediate family members are ineligible to enter.
c) By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
3. Promotional Period
The Promotion commences at 12:01am AWST on 02/03/2026 and closes at 11:59pm AWST on 10/05/2026 (“Promotional Period”). Entries received outside the Promotional Period will not be accepted.
The Promoter reserves the right to extend, cancel, suspend or amend the Promotion or these Terms and Conditions at any time, subject to regulatory approval where required.
4. How to Enter
To enter, during the Promotional Period entrants must:
- Purchase any Cheeky Monkey Brewing Co 4-pack or pint from a participating retailer, venue, or Cheeky Monkey Brewing Co venue (Caves Road, Vasse or Rockingham).
- Scan the promotional QR code;
- Complete the online entry form with required details; and
- Upload a clear photo of the original purchase receipt.
a) Only one (1) entry is permitted per receipt.
b) Multiple entries are permitted, provided each entry is submitted with a separate receipt relating to a separate transaction.
c) Receipts must clearly show the date of purchase and eligible product.
d) Entries that do not comply with these Terms and Conditions will be deemed invalid.
5. Draw Details
Major Prize Draw
- Draw date: 15/05/2026
- Time: 12:00pm AWST
- Location: 44 Commerce Road, Vasse WA 6280
- Method: Computerised random draw
Three (3) winners will be drawn. Each winner will receive one (1) Major Prize.
Weekly Prize Draws
- One (1) weekly winner will be drawn each Wednesday during the Promotional Period.
- Weekly draws will take place at 12:00pm AWST at the Promoter’s address.
- All valid entries received up to each draw date will be included in that draw.
Weekly prize winners remain eligible to win a Major Prize.
6. Prizes
Major Prizes (3 total):
3 × $2,000 RedBalloon Experience Vouchers (each valued at $2,000 inc GST).

Weekly Prizes (10 total):
10 × $100 Cheeky Monkey Brewing Co vouchers.
Total Prize Pool Value: $7,000 (inc GST).
Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash. If a prize becomes unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value.
7. Winner Notification & Unclaimed Prizes
a) Winners will be notified by phone and/or email within two (2) business days of the relevant draw.
b) Major prize winners must claim their prize by 30/05/2026.
c) If a Major Prize remains unclaimed, a redraw will occur at 12:00pm AWST on 15/06/2026 at the same location.
d) If any prize remains unclaimed after 15/07/2026, the prize will be forfeited, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority.
e) Prizes will be delivered electronically via email.
Winners may be required to provide proof of identity and age to claim their prize.
8. Verification & Fair Play
The Promoter reserves the right to:
- Verify the validity of entries and entrants;
- Disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process;
- Disqualify entries that are incomplete, illegible, fraudulent, or in breach of these Terms and Conditions.
Only one entry per purchase receipt is permitted. Receipts will be audited to prevent duplicate or fraudulent submissions.
9. Responsible Service of Alcohol
Cheeky Monkey Brewing Co supports the responsible service and consumption of alcohol.
10. Privacy & Marketing
Personal information is collected for the purpose of administering this Promotion and contacting winners.
By submitting an entry, entrants consent to receiving marketing communications from the Promoter, as disclosed in the entry form. Entrants may opt out of marketing communications at any time.

11. Liability
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation that cannot be excluded.
To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury suffered as a result of participating in the Promotion or accepting a prize.
12. General
a) The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
b) The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
c) This Promotion is governed by the laws of Western Australia.
No permit is required for this Promotion in Western Australia.
