CHEEKY MONKEY BREWING CO “WIN A MOONSHINE SURFBOARD” PROMOTION

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Promoter

This Promotion is conducted by Cheeky Monkey Brewing Co Pty Ltd (ABN 76 138 444 998) of 44 Commerce Road, Vasse WA 6280 (“Promoter”).

2. Eligibility

a) Entry is open to residents of Western Australia aged 18 years or over.

b) Employees of the Promoter and their immediate family members are ineligible to enter.

c) By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

3. Promotional Period

The Promotion commences at 12:01am AWST on 01/04/2026 and closes at 11:59pm AWST on 01/06/2026 or while stock lasts (“Promotional Period”).

The Promoter reserves the right to extend, cancel, suspend, or amend the Promotion or these Terms and Conditions at any time, subject to regulatory approval where required.

4. How to Enter

To enter, entrants must purchase eligible products and follow the respective entry process for each location:

a) Bungalow Social:

• With each Mainbreak Hazy IPA purchased, entrants will receive a physical entry card containing a unique ID.
• Scan the QR code on the card and complete the online entry form with the unique ID and required personal details.
• Multiple entry codes can be submitted at once if more than one Mainbreak Hazy IPA was purchased.
  

b) Dunsborough Cellars:

• Entrants must be members of the Dunsborough Cellars loyalty program (free to join).
• Each eligible purchase of Mainbreak Hazy IPA automatically generates entries based on quantity:
  1 entry per 4-pack purchased
  5 entries per cube purchased
  

Entry Conditions:

• Entries must be submitted during the Promotional Period.
• Receipts or purchase records may be required to verify eligibility.
• Entries that do not comply with these Terms and Conditions will be deemed invalid.
  

5. Draw Details

• The Major Prize draw will be conducted physically at Bungalow Social at a date in May 2026 (to be notified publicly and to entrants via email or SMS).
  
• All valid entries submitted through both Bungalow Social and Dunsborough Cellars will be consolidated for the draw.
  
• One (1) winner will be drawn at random to receive the Major Prize.
  

6. Prize

Major Prize (1 total):

• 1 × 7'2" Drover Surfboard from Moonshine Surfboards, valued at $1,590 AUD.
  

Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash. If a prize becomes unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value.

7. Winner Notification & Unclaimed Prizes

a) The winner will be notified by phone and/or email within two (2) business days of the draw.

b) The winner must claim their prize by 15/06/2026.

c) If the prize remains unclaimed, a redraw will occur at Bungalow Social at a time to be notified by the Promoter.

d) If the prize remains unclaimed after 30/06/2026, the prize will be forfeited, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority.

e) The prize will be delivered or collected as arranged with the Promoter.

Winners may be required to provide proof of identity and age to claim their prize.

8. Verification & Fair Play

The Promoter reserves the right to:

• Verify the validity of entries and entrants.
• Disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process.
• Disqualify entries that are incomplete, illegible, fraudulent, or in breach of these Terms and Conditions.
  

Only one entry per purchase or entry card is permitted. Entries will be audited to prevent duplicate or fraudulent submissions.

9. Responsible Service of Alcohol

Cheeky Monkey Brewing Co supports the responsible service and consumption of alcohol.

10. Privacy & Marketing

Personal information is collected for the purpose of administering this Promotion and contacting winners.

By submitting an entry, entrants consent to receiving marketing communications from the Promoter, as disclosed in the entry form. Entrants may opt out of marketing communications at any time.

11. Liability

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation that cannot be excluded.

To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury suffered as a result of participating in the Promotion or accepting a prize.

12. General

a) The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

b) The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

c) This Promotion is governed by the laws of Western Australia.

No permit is required for this Promotion in Western Australia.
