Cheeky Monkey Brewing Co – “Win a Southwest Getaway” Promotion

Full Terms & Conditions

1. Promotion Overview:
The Cheeky Monkey Brewing Co “Win a Southwest Getaway” Promotion (“Promotion”) is organized by Cheeky Monkey Brewing Co, 44 Commerce Rd, Vasse, WA 6280 (“Organizer”).
By participating in this Promotion, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. Eligibility:
The Promotion is open to all individuals aged 18 years and above, located in Western Australia, excluding employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Cheeky Monkey Brewing Co.

3. Promotion Period:
The Promotion begins at 11am on 01/08/25 and ends at 9pm on 02/08/25. All entries must be received within this period.

4. How to Participate:
To enter the Promotion, individuals must purchase any beer on tap at Cheeky Monkey Brewing Co’s Rockingham venue, and fill-in the entry card (provided by the Organizer at the time of purchase) with their personal details and place their completed entry card into the competition draw box at the Organizer’s Rockingham Venue. Only one entry is allowed per beer purchase. You may enter multiple times across the promotional period by making separate purchases.

5. Promotion Draw
All entries will go into the draw taking place on 04/08/25 at 12pm at the Organizer’s offices. One Winner will be picked randomly through a manual draw. The Organizer will contact the Winner through their provided contact information including phone and email on 04/08/25. The Winner will be announced by the Organizer through its social media profile (@cheekymonkeyrockingham). If the Winner is not contactable after multiple tries, and they do not claim their prize by 08/08/25, a second draw will take place at 12pm on 09/08/25 to find a new Winner. If any prize remains unclaimed by 16/09/25, it will be forfeited.

6. Prize Details:
One Southwest Getaway Package including:
– 2 nights’ accommodation at Broadwater Resort in Busselton in a Resort Studio – King which sleeps up to 2 people. Accommodation voucher is valid for 36 months.
– Two Cheeky welcome drinks to enjoy on arrival at Tonic Bar
– A $200 Gift Voucher to spend at any Cheeky Monkey Brewing Co Venue. Valid for 12 months.
*Accommodation bookings do not cover peak periods such as school holidays and major events. However, should the Winner choose to book during these times, they will incur the additional accommodation costs at their expense.
Total Prize pool value = $600

7. Claiming Prizes:
Organizer will contact the Winner through their provided contact information, including via phone and email. The Winner must claim their prize by 12pm on the 08/08/25 or a redraw will take place on 09/08/25. Prizes will be made available to the Winner electronically (via email). The Winner must present a valid ID to claim their prize.

8. General Terms:
Prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash or other alternatives.
The Organizer’s decision on all matters related to the Promotion is final and binding.
The Organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time without prior notice.

9. Liability:
The Organizer is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury suffered by participants as a result of participating in the Promotion or claiming the prize. The Organizer is not responsible for any loss, or damage, suffered to the accommodation property during the prize fulfilment dates.

10. Privacy:
Personal information collected during the Promotion will be used for the purpose of administering the Promotion and for marketing purposes. By participating, you consent to the use of your personal information for these purposes.

12. Prohibited Conduct
Participants must not:
Use unfair methods to gain an unauthorized advantage.
Cheat or manipulate the competition outcome.
The Organizer reserves the right to verify the eligibility of participants and to disqualify any participant who tampers with the entry process, breaches these Terms, violates fair play principles, or provide false or misleading information.

13. Responsible Service of Alcohol:
Cheeky Monkey Brewing Co supports the responsible service of alcohol.

14. Governing Law:
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Western Australia, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction. By participating in the Cheeky Monkey Brewing Co “Win a Southwest Getaway” Promotion, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
