MOUTHFEEL: Medium-full, while finishing relatively dry, marris otter provides a substatntial chewy biscuit feel. The 7.6% abv adds a gentle, warming huge, while the carbonation keeps the palate feeling fresh and ready for the next sip.

AROMA: A heavy-hitting aromatic punch of reisnous pine and dank earthiness, brightened by zesty bursts of pink grapefruit. As it open up, there’s layers of dried apricot and black tea from the Idaho 7, all backed by a subtle, sweet, thread of dark toffee.

FLAVOUR: A quick flash of sweet caramel and biscuit melds into a nutty and deep caramel flavour before a firm and assertive bitterness comes through. The bitterness is layered with a complex blend of “dank” evergreen and citrus peel, finishing with lingering stone-fruit sweetness and a crisp, clean roasted edge that keeps the big malts in check.

MALTS: Marris Otter, Cara Red, Melanoidin, Caramunich Type 3, Chocolate Malt, Carafa spec T3, Pale.

HOPS: CTZ T-90, Centennial, Idaho 7, Cascade, Simcoe Cryo.
