AROMA:  Ripe summer cherries take the lead, underscored by a subtle but bright citrus note that uplifts and refreshes the bouquet.

TASTE: Abundant fresh red fruits; cherries, blood plums, and tangy raspberries, roll across the palate, reminiscent of juicy refreshment on a hot day. A gentle citrus and sherbet twist steps in to cleanse the sweetness, while a background of toasted coconut adds subtle structure and texture. The vibrant fruit intensity is balanced by a crisp sour edge, making for a truly crushable experience without veering into pastry-sour territory.

MOUTHFEEL: A rounded, harmonious interplay of cherry purée and toasted coconut gives the beer a smooth yet lively texture. This is balanced by a spritzy, sherbet-like zip that keeps the finish clean and invigorating.
